Ruby Tuesday

Ruby Tuesday’s Pine Island Road, Cape Coral, FL.

We dined at the NE Pine Island Ruby Tuesday's, March 6, 4:00. We were met with smiling faces and sincere friendliness and were seated in the far left back part of the restaurant.

Our server was John, who was a most delightful, gracious and congenial young man.

We asked that our soups be very hot and indeed, my Tomato Soup and my sister’s Broccoli-Cheese soup were steaming hot and delicious. My husband ordered the Trio of BBQ Ribs, Fried Shrimp, Chicken fingers with Fried Onion Rings. When my husband compliments the BBQ Baby Back Ribs, you can take that comment to the bank. "Best ribs I've had in a long time," was his quote. I had one of his shrimp which was cooked perfectly; crispy, yet not oily.

The onion rings were the best I've had in years. The onion was sweet and tender with a lovely panko crust. Those onion rings could very well become addictive.

Over the years, I usually get only the salad bar and have never been disappointed. I've been missing some great food!

Our server, John, was the best. We felt like we had made a new friend and had an amazing dining experience.
