Ordered a washer and dryer less than 2 weeks ago. The dryer doesn't work properly. Not drying for up to 2 - 3 times. Called their service department and the rudest woman answered the phone. I asked for the manager and she said no. I told her she was rude and I need to talk to your manager and she told me she was in a different building and she again got rude and I called her a name and hung up. I don't get angry but that woman talked to me like a dog. I called ABC. The receptionist told me their service department was in the same building around the corner from her. WOW. This woman is allowed to work and talk to customers that way. Still waiting for a manager to call back.

Only giving one star because zero isn't an option. Ordered a washer and dryer, the day of delivery the driver calls and says they will be delivering shortly but don't have the dryer. My salesperson never called to let me know the warehouse didn't have the dryer in stock. If that was the case I would have held delivery until both units could be delivered. Instead of unhooking both and moving them. I call to the store and my salesman is off for the day, so another gentleman helps me and says he will call me back after he contacts the warehouse. An hour later he says that the warehouse should be getting a shipment in within the next week, I explain I understand but it's very inconvenient to a customer to have to wait and set up another date and hook my old dryer back up. He brushed me off and said it wasn't there fault, while I heard another person in the background saying things as well. After being transferred to a manager and assured my issue was going to be taken care of, the manager as well did not follow through and call me back. My original salesman who "was off" was mysteriously there to call me back and say we will call you when we get the dryer in stock. A week later I still have no dryer and no one has even called me. From salesperson to management no one follows through. I even contacted regional management with no return call. I spent $1800 and still have no dryer and no explanation. Worst customer service and sales I have ever dealt with. Will never be back, and getting a refund for dryer.

Ordered two refrigerators expensive the first one came with a dent and the second with a scratch. 3 weeks in between, I had to followup and be majorly inconvenienced. Still not resolved. No customer service, no follow-up. Never again will I shop here.

Commission salesmen are jerks

Had the worst experience. After looking at appliances with my husband on 1-2-09, he briefly spoke to a salesman got his card and said we would be back later. I went back 2 days later to look on my own and was approched by 3 different salesmen, drilling me on who the salesman was that supposidly helped us on saturday. I didn't know who the guy was cause my husband talked to him not me.

They continued to push, Was he tall or was he short? did he have dark hair or grey? I said firmly " I DON"T KNOW" I was looking at appliances while my husband delt with the sales guy, I said " I think the salesman said he was a manager." then again "Was he tall or short? did he have dark hair or grey?" again " I DON"T KNOW" you'll have to talk to my husband, I'm just here to get a few numbers off of the appliances.

The next day I went back. We had decided we were going to just get the washer for now. We got a really great deal on a Cabrio dryer at Costco and were hoping to get a good deal on the washer. The saleman we spoke with on Saturday said the machine was $799, but could work out a better deal since they were having an employee appreciation sale. As soon as I walked in I was immediatly approched. This time I had the salesmans name and business card on me so I woulden't have any issues. When asked, can I help you, I said yes. I'm looking for _______. And gave his name. The guy says, he's not here and yells to someone who's so and so's partener today. Someone says "Dennis!" , he supposidly rings him and hangs up immediatly and says "he's not here either so I will help you" ( with a very C0cky attitude and never introduced himself) I explained which washer I'm looking for, give him the price we were quoted

(because many of the appliances don't have prices on them so they can make up any price they want) mentioned the employee discount we were promised and he began to act like and @ss. Telling me, THAT ISN'T THE PRICE, I COULDN'T GIVE YOU A DISCOUNT LIKE THAT, I MIGHT AS WELL SHOOT MYSELF IN THE FOOT" I pulled out the saleman business card with the information written on it and he started calling this guy an idiot and yelling " he couldn't have sold it to you for that price!, it"s lower than our invoice price!! He started to bring up Bestbuy on the computer so he could show me there price. I said "I'm not interest in best buys prices, that's why I'm in your store, " And I procceded to ask if he had a floor model at a better price. Then he seemed outraged and yelled " now why would I do that when I have 4-5 in the box in the back! I was only asking, but he was acting like a complete @ss. Then he said in a very loud voice, your salesman will be in here tomorrow!, why don't you just come back then and talk with him!. And he walked

away from me. I had finally had enough of this jerk. I said "you people are unbelievable, I won't be back at all!, I'll spend my money elseware!." I wouldn't recommend ABC warehouse if my life depended on it. These people could care less about you, all they want to do is make a sale. They are all very C0cky, and way to sure of themselves. I recommend this jerk-off sales guy stick a gun to his head not his foot!!

We were planning on spending about $5000 total on all of our appliances, but after being treated this crappy from a bunch of sarcastic, overstuffed, pushy salesmen ( or should I say a holes), we decided to go to Home depot on Michigan ave, where our salesman, Gary Berry, who doesn't make any commission, kindly helped us with our choices. And gave us a great deal. Also recommend Best Buy in Allen park. The applicance sales guy threre was also very helpful.
