I had a great experience purchasing my car at NorthEnd Motors! Randy Yanoff was very nice and provided an easy purchasing experience. I felt very comfortable purchasing my Audi A6 from there because there was no hustling by Randy nor the manager of the sales department. The car was in great shape and just as they described it, there was nothing hidden from me that would make me reconsider my purchase. Randy did everything he could to make sure the car that I came in for was available for me to buy and he did a great job because in the end I was happy to drive away in it. The test drive was fun and the deal was quick. Randy was open and honest with me and he did everything he could to make sure I got the best deal possible. He provided me with all the necessary information and he did not keep anything from me. He made sure I am well beyond satisfied with my purchase and the deal we made that day. After the deal was made, Randy got the car ready for me as quickly as possible so I can enjoy my new purchase. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience at NorthEnd Motors and I will definitely recommend the dealer and Randy to my friends who are looking at purchasing a car!

Overall

The folks at North End were incredibly helpful. The first gentleman who tried to help me needed to pass me off and was apologetic about it, but Randy ended up being great to work with throughout the entire process. We had a relaxing conversation, I got to do a no-hassle test-drive on my own, we discussed multiple financing options, and in the end at no point did I feel pressured to make a decision. Extremely helpful and honest, will recommend repeatedly.

My first experience purchase of the car was with Norton motor dealership in Canton mass I was helped by a guy named John Fernandez he really help me to find my car the experience I had was wonderful I love my new Ford Focus 2012 thank you for helping me purchase my first car I'm loving it I will definitely recommend others to go purchase that car at the north end motor dealership

I met with Shea Damion, after the normal blah blah blah he went to get the keys to test the car, he returned without the keys and told me that the car was being repaired, but that he was going to proceed with checking my credit, I asked him if that could bring harm to my credit , (like put hard credit inquiries) He said not to worry that that was only done when applying for credit cards not a car loan, anyway at this point I wasn’t even going to see the car, I don’t understand why they did tell me the car wasn’t available before making the appointment, I was driving from Cranston RI over 45 min drive plus they knew which car I wanted to see. After over an hour they give me some number$ that I wasn’t impress with it. They offer peanuts for my trade-in. But after all this that’s not what made me write this review. I checked my credit yesterday and it turns out that 3 hard credit inquiries has been added to my credit, I lost like 30 credit points . I called Shea Danino this morning and he say sorry there’s nothing he could do and that was unusual to happen but the good thing was that I had 30 days to look for a car. Please don’t waste your time and be careful with this dealer it can ruin your credit. Thanks to them I went from good credit to poor credit.

Im still waiting on my registration after I purchased my new baby, Gordon was an ok sales person, the process was ok, not that much room for negotiating at all, dont feel like I have the best deal , and their computer software calculated the price incorrect which really was a big deal after being there most of the day I almost walked out with out the vehicle. I tried calling the owner to speak with him still havent received a call back but hopefully he does because proof is in the pudding and his employees need to be retrained or better yet replaced them. I ended up not getting any of the packages for my car as far as maintenance plans just because I dont want to interact with the unproffesionalism and ignorance and laziness or have to pay out of pocket for their mistakes! Scared to go back I now have too look into another dealer for maintenance on my vehicle really dont want to deal with these ppl again. God bless all. Amen

So I went there to check out a...

So I went there to check out a car that I saw on-line. I was met by Melissa F. a very polite and sweet sales woman. We sat and discussed the car and went for to test ride. Things were starting to look good and i even brought up concerns that i had about the vehicle that she said she would look into.



If i was only dealing with her i would have left there that day and bought the car, where the problem came is was dealing with the finance guy Mike. He seems like someone who wasn't held as a baby so being a short man he has little man syndrome.



Melissa was willing to negotiate with the price of the car, Mike not at all. Mike was only concerned about getting rid of the car and not actually working with customers. Now i see buying a car as a big investment, Melissa understood that and showed compassion for some of the issues i brought up about the vehicle.



In the end I didn't end up buying the vehicle cause i found one a few grand cheaper in better condition at a different dealership. My advise to anyone is if you do end up buying from them ask for Melissa, you will have a great experience dealing with her.



Melissa I give 5 stars for being aware, kind, and courteous to her customers...Overall the business would get a 1 star..but i'm considering who i dealt with and giving it 3 stars over all.
