Wet World Irrigation

I cannot say enough good things about Kevin and his crew from Wet World Irrigation! They recently installed a sprinkler system at my home and did a phenomenal job. There price was very competitive and the finished product exceeds my expectations. The workers showed up on time, were professional, cleaned up and ensured I was comfortable operating the system before leaving. I would recommend Wet World to anyone needing an irrigation system.

I had wet world irrigation come out to replace an irrigation clock that had gotten hit by lightning. I have 16 zones of irrigation so when they told me that all systems were working I believed them. I paid what I thought was a little high for a bunch of guys that could barely speak English but I paid and they went on their way. The next spring, (when I really used irrigation to water my fescue) I noticed a part of the yard that was looking brown. Since I can't see that part of the yard from the house, I never realized that zone wasn't coming on. I called the owner of Wet World and told him that the zone was not coming on and they were the last person to touch the system. He swore up and down that there was "Nothing" his guys could have done that would make the zone not work. He even said it was "impossible" they had anything to do with it. SO.... I had to pay another company to come out and fix. The other company noticed there was an add a zone on this non functioning zone. (The add a zone works without running a wire back to the clock but there is a special module that needs to be installed inside a clock to make it work). Well, when wet world Irrigation took my clock, they took the old module part with them. So the bottom line, they screwed up. I called the owner and he never apologized or admitted that he was wrong. It cost me $125 to have someone tell me the problem and then another $110 for the add a zone part for which I installed myself. Not only was the owner not here during the installation, he never even offered to come out and take a look when I called about the problem. Bad customer service. Really bad.
