Someone who knows what they are doing should teach the staff there the difference between a cappuccino and a latte. The graphics are right on the sleeve of cup! I ordered a latte and got OVER half a cup of foam, seriously. It would have been too much for a cappuccino, let alone a latte. I paid for a third of a cup of coffee...and these are not inexpensive drinks. This type of drink should be filled to the brim with steamed mild and maybe a thin layer of foam or froth. I even went back an asked them to remake the latte, thinking they misunderstood or pushed a wrong button, but I got the same wrong thing again. I appreciate a good cup of coffee, be it specialty or regular. Making drinks like this (correctly) should be a given for this place. Not impressed. Not going back to spend that kind of money on 1/3 of a cup of coffee. Nope, no way.
