Complete Glass Service

I called to schedule an appointment to have some windows replaced and the day of the appointment no one showed up so I call to see why, and I was told something came up and they would reschedule. I called back a few days later and was informed that they didn't want to do the job at all because the building was falling apart and someone had called a few years ago to have work done but never went thru with it. So they felt it was a waste of their time to come out to give me an estimate. I even asked if I could give them the measurements to get a rough estimate and they were not interested at all. Thank you for insulting me and insuring that you will never get my business.

Personal, local service. I was very happy with the installation of my window. Dealing local, family-owned businesses always feels better than an impersonal experience with a big company.

BEWARE.....this businessman is unethical. Poor quality materials used and workmanship. Does not complete his work even after waiting for weeks. My advice to anyone needing glass replacement would be to definitely USE SOMEONE ELSE.
