Carolina Lakes Family Dental

I'm 70, 45-year, veteran. I pay cash for my dental treatment. I was a prior patient of Carolina Lakes and spent thousands of dollars for their service. I called them to get my needs evaluated, examined and treatment started. The receptionist told me she couldn't get me in until October 28th. That is total crap, and they are fired! Can't get a paying customer in for xrays and an exam then develop a repair plan? I called another dentist in Spring Lake and they got me in the next day. Thanks to Carolina Dentist whom treated me with respect and gave me a plan that is acceptable and will be completed next week. Do not visit Carolina Lakes if you want to get quick, quality service. They are pitiful.

I'm afraid of the dentist, so I've been avoiding going for years! This way by far my best experience at a dentist office. I was seen right away, at my scheduled time. The dentist, assistants, and staff were all professional, and very friendly. The office and rooms are comfortable and nicely appointed. I don't have dental insurance, but the cost was a lot more reasonable than I would have expected. I had 4 or 5 small cavities, but not too bad considering how long it's been since I've been to the dentist. I'm really glad I went to Carolina Lakes Family Dental. I will continue to go here for all of my future dental appointments and cleanings.
