Awful experience! Ordered from out of town for an event, my parents 50th Anniversary gathering. The flowers were not what I ordered. I had even paid $25 more than they said a beautiful bouquet would cost in order to get special flowers. It was supposed to have some cream roses and the rest bright colorful flowers. It was cream roses, cream mums, cream snapdragons and a few yellow sunflowers. I almost cried when I saw it I was so upset. When I called to tell Spitzer's about this their response was that I should of called the day of the event (on Saturday when they close early) not the next business day and insisted that I got my moneys worth on the flowers even if they weren't what I ordered. They finally said they would refund $25 but never apologized or admited their mistake. The person who had took my order was rude and snide. I felt taken advantage of and will never order from here again, I have been a customer at this florist for over 20 years but no longer trust them and will not do business at a shop where they treat customers like dirt. Yes, I am still upset.

Ordered flowers for our parent's 50th wedding anniversary luncheon and got something that looked like a funeral spray. Requested bright colors with roses and received all white with a few small sunflowers mixed in. Ordered a corsage as well and only received all white. Very dull. When we called to complain the next business day. Very rude response from florist.

I was planning a baby shower and went to Spitzer's for the flowers. The staff was so helpful and gave me some great suggestions as what to have at the shower.From now on, this is MY FLORIST!
