Ming's Buffet

Everytime my wife and I go. the food is good and hot. There's always a lot of people there, so it has to be good.

Nasty cold food. Told the girl the fish was dry and stuck in the bottom of the pan she came with a coffee pitcher and poured the whole 12 ops in the fish pan and stirred it then said it was ready.

I heard good reviews about Mings as opposed to Beijing and decided to try it last night. I was not pleased with the food at all. They close at 10:30 on Saturdays, I arrived at 9pm and the food on the bar was not fresh at all. The Lo mein was stuck to the bottom of the pan, the sesame chicken and honey chicken was dried out, and most items on the buffet just weren't appealing. While we were eating, they were eating another meal, a fresh meal, as we ate old food from the bar. The service was good, but the food wasn't up to par. I understand that they didn't have many customers, but I wish they prepared their items based on their number of customers to provide fresh food.

I am the manager of Ming's Buffet and it is true we did run out of food the first two dsys. We did not expect all of the business those first few days. We are working hard to work out all b of the kinks. For those who like the restuarant we appreciate your support. For others who were disappointed we hope that you will return and give us anot her chance. Thank you all again.

The food's really good, though it is true they are really busy, and thus sometimes runs out of food. But the employees are pretty apologetic, so I will definitely be back-- give or take a few weeks for it to die down a bit.
