        fantastic service. I had a package that was mixed up in the system (senders fault) and I had to call this post office and Alex did a outstanding job at helping me. He even called me back the next morning with followup. I was so impressed with how he and another staff helped me and took the time to make me feel my problem was important.

        great service at this post office

        I had recently moved and started receiving mail to my new address as expected. Suddenly my mail stopped being forwarded. I called this post office for help and talked to a very nice and friendly voice belonging to someone named Gilbert who took the time to help me.

        A Suggestion:

        This USPS is an efficient office from everything I have ever seen. However, I was just trying to find out the hours of operation. I called the phone number and there was no answer. I suggest they get a voice mail! It could just tell the address and the hours of operation. It seems it would cut down on things they have to deal with and would be a good public service. Also, when I clicked on the website given, there was nothing there? Again this would be a great service for the public and would cut down on the work load of the office workers. I think the Postal service is amazing! I appreciate all they do.
