Purrfect Auto Service

Purrfect Auto Service is just like the name says Perfection! In the past I have always taken my car to the auto dealership. I really did not trust anyone else with my car due to past bad experiences. I decided to take my car to Purrfect Auto Body and I was pleasantly surprised with their SUPERB service. The owner Paulie Goldberg is incredibly helpful, professional and honest and they provide reliable work. I have taken my car here twice – once for an oil change and once for new tires and I have been very impressed with their quick service and positive attitude. Paulie goes out of his way to make sure that you have a great experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a good mechanic. Thank you Purrfect Auto …you rock!

I took my car in to have the radiator looked at. Paul the owner advised that I needed a new radiator $645.00. I proceeded to have them replace it on a Saturday. The following day my car over heated and left us on the side of the road. My husband opened the hood and the main hose wasn't fastened properly and it came out causing all the coolant to drain, hence, why the car over heated. I had to have it towed to the nearest mechanic who attached the hose and added more coolant nevertheless, the engine was still releasing a lot of smoke. I proceeded to contact Paul however they were closed being a Sunday. He called me Monday morning to try to resolve the issue but one of his employees was extremely rude to me. His employee went to my house and said that it was a waste of time to go, he said it several time. Paul did rectify my horrible experience by towing my car to the shop so that they can fix the issue, he also proceeded to cover the rental of a car for me to be able to get to work. He went above and beyond customer service, he also reprimanded his employee for being rude.

I have taken my 2005 Dodge Durango to Purrfect Auto for small to large jobs. They do their job quickly and their prices are very resonable and fair. Their work manship is great and their customer service is by far one of the best I have received at an auto repair shop. I have had to deal with dealer ship repair shops and always left there with a huge hole in my pocket and work done inefficiently, as well as not complete. Each time I have taken my car to Purrfect Auto, the given estimate is always very close to what my final cost is. I have been very happy with all the service and help I have received from the staff at Purrfect Auto. I think everyone will be very satisfied with the service to get at their shop. It is the only place I trust for an honest estimate and good job done on my car.
