Is been my 3rd year with same problem .main office (over the phone) refer to your local office & was worthless . Waste of time. Before was with a number to get service (DMV system) now you go and they tell U that need appointment to be help. Soonest appointment within a month & probably end result same answer their is no enough information in the system with that issue.(My dependent been claim by someone else & no way to block or avoid him to claim my son unless I do my taxes before him) not satisfied with answer (solution of the rep). Filled affidavit of stolen identity but still happening for last 3 years. WT Heck!!! But if I owe they will be on it.Not too happy with solution of problems.
