Ideal Drug Testing

Very rude and unprofessional . I called to get directions to the location and to confirm it was correct (Seeing that the website listed does not work). The woman on the phone stated she didn't know why I would call, and I informed her of my reason. She was still rude. So I mentioned to her that maybe I should use another company to complete our testing. She did not care an seemed liked she didn't want my company's business. I will not waste my time going there and would not recommend that anyone else does either. Very RUDE!

From the time my son and I walked into IDT we were not properly greeted. I was asked why was I there and I said my son is getting tested. The worker was very unfriendly and rude. My son wore a jacket in the facility and my gut told me to tell him to take it off but I figured they would instruct him to do so before he tested. They didn't and immediately after he tested they told him the temperature of his urine was that of someone with hyperthermia. I believe because I came in with my son, red flag #1, the fact that he had on a jacket, red flag #2, and he was ready to test upon entering because he had been drinking water all morning, red flag #3, they were suspicious. I believe my son and I were profiled for many different reasons. When I asked about why his urine wasn't acceptable the worker immediately became very defensive like she had something to hide or defend. Very unprofessional experience.

I had to take a drug test for pre-employment through my company and Ideal drug testing and its Employee's made me feel very comfortable. They acted very professionally and courtious. I am very happy that my company uses this company for its drug testing
