The service, care and respect provided to my stepdad yesterday (Mr. LaBeau) was above and beyond anything expected. Also, the kindness and respect expressed to my mother was also beyond measure. From the call in to request an ambulance, talking to my mother until the ambulance arrived, (within minutes), keeping her calm, to the telephone call my mother received today asking how my stepdad was doing. I am happy to say he will be going home tomorrow and is feeling much better.

You are all awesome and I thank you for the outstanding service you provide.
