Everytime I go into Grondins I am satisfied. The employees always give me what I am looking for. The color does not damage my hair and they give me conditioning every time i do get my hair colored so my hair doesn't get dried out. Definately worth the extra money!

I STRONGLY recommend AGAINST going to Grondin's. Being fussy about my hair, I trusted the "manager" there would do a good job coloring my hair last week. Even though I told her what I wanted, I was left completely dismayed. After 4 HOURS, my roots were left untouched, most of my hair was completely bleached out/over processed, and literally I had "white" streaks/highlights along with brassy spots. I looked as if someone went to the supermarket, purchased bleach, and destroyed their hair. I was upset, but I'm not a confrontational person, so I was a fool and paid $120!!!!!! I went immediately to have it fixed at another salon in town for $60. When I walked in there everyone's jaws dropped not believing a so-called professional could destroy someone's hair as they did mine. Adding insult to injury -- Grondin's "corporate" was rude, hung up on me, and has an unbelievable "policy" -- NO REFUNDS! When someone has their hair done they should leave feeling good about their self and about the job done. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! If this is all I can do to warn others so be it, postings will go on until there aren't sites left to post on, or until your "policy" changes in congruence with most salons and I'm refunded my money! If you left your car with a detailer and they destroyed it, would you pay them for destroying your car? NO!!! I'll be in contact down the road for my refund, in the meantime I hope your business loses countless clients/money for treating me as you have
