Asian Buffet

I agree that the staff is not friendly. The food isn't all that great either. They always seem to be in a hurry to rush you out the door too.

Good food for a great price

Have eaten here lots of times and the food was usually good. However, last Sunday ate there and observed some health issues. Young server brought out a tub of silverware to wrap in a napkin. He dumped the silverware out on a table, some of the silverware fell on the floor. He picked it up off the floor and put it back in with the silverware to be wrapped. While wrapping the silverware he had to stop, go clean up tables, remove dirty dishes, scrape dishes, etc then went back to wrapping silverware without washing hands. The cashier also helped wrap silverware - would go to cash register, handle money then go back to wrapping silverware without washing hands. Two other servers helped wrap silverware - one female played with hair/pony tail several times and never washed her hands and continued wrapping silverware, the other male had been cleaning tables and sweeping the floor then wrapped silverware without washing hands. Maybe not all that bad but they all 4 handled the silverware by the tines on the fork and bowl on the spoon - the part you eat your food with and put in your mouth. If this goes on out in the dining area where all can see what goes on back in the kitchen?? Will never eat there again. Too little concern for the health of the customer.

As others said, extremely bad service. The food was awful.... all the chicken was rubbery and/or pure fat, and other items tasteless. Not to mention my sister was eating fish, thought she bit into a bone, and discovered it to be a metal wire!

I liked most of the food I tried, but it doesn't stay warm once it's on the plate. The hostess seemed bored, in fact all the employees I saw seemed bored and indifferent to the customers. No-one smiled, they never came to offer us drink refills or ask if we needed anything. The biggest disappointments were the parking lot and entrance. I was there with my mother, who uses a walker. The Handicap parking is on the side, farthest from the entrance and there is no ramp. The sidewalk there was covered with snow, bumpy and slippery. The sidewalk in front, nearest the entrance was clear. I don't understand why the Handicap parking is not in front, directly in front of the entrance. Also, there was no rug inside the first entrance and there was a big puddle covering the tile floor. It was so big we could not avoid it. I mentioned it to the hostess, who only grunted something unintelligible and did nothing or told no-one. The puddle was still there when we left. I might come back for the food, but not if the other issues are not resolved.

The food was good. I liked the options of the hibachi grill and sushi. I also liked that the buffets were away from the seating in their own area. It makes it easier and more comfortable to eat and get food. The only downside was the extremely rude hostess that seemed more interested in her phone than doing her job. She made NO effort to be courteous or even put a hint of a smile on her face. I would return to eat here but if I had to deal with that again it would be my last time. I am not interested in giving my money to an establishment that makes me feel like an inconvenience or a burden.

This place is so good. It has the best sushi it's to die for. Lots of different choices on foods. This is my favorite Chinese buffet out of any buffet I've been to so far.

same old food as in their old place.. mediocre at BEST. the bright side??.. well let's just say that it's clean and fresh new.. for now anyways..
