Way Ho Restaurant

ok so we just moved here and called the first chinese place we found ordered over the phone they didnt give us a price so we go to pick it up it was $69.87 we didnt oder that much food!!!! so we told them we didnt want some of it and then they gave us a new total of $48.03. we payed with a credit/debit card came home and checked the balence come to find out they charged me twice once for the $69.87 and the second was for the $48.03 so i called the restraunt and told them what happend and he told me i was wrong started screaming at me over the phone and i told him i would bring the food back and he could refund me both amounts, he told me if i was to come back he would call the cops on me. so i went to the police station and they told me that there was nothing they could do its he said she said <mind you i printed out my statment for them> so needless to say we just ate the food and called the card company the food was dry and tastless over all i will NEVER EAT FROM THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!
