        Misleading info about plan participation

        When I walked in here the first time, I asked "Do you take Blue Cross?". The receptionist replied "Yes." What they did not mention is that they are not in the Blue Cross network, so 4 months later, when I finally got me EOB, I was shocked to see that none of it was covered, and very expensive.
