Tri State Sales & Service

As a lighting sales associate, I work with many distributors to quote and order different types of lighting ranging from commercial to residential. Recently, I received plans from a contractor for a job and as usual sent them out to different companies for quoting their brands. KSA, PNG and Archibald & Meek all have, AS USUAL, provided great service and replied as soon as they were able, keeping me updated throughout the process. One of the other companies that I needed quoted was Thomas Lighting. (devision of Phillips) Specifically, I sent the quote to NEIL GRAVES. I have not received any confirmation e-mail nor any other reply from him. I called this office 2 times during business hours and had trouble reaching anyone. After 2 weeks I finally sent in a email stating that I'm dissatisfied with the service to which I IMMEDIATELY received an answer from NEIL stating that his office never received such an email (even though the email has been confirmed sent to him) and that since I have a problem, he will shut down my company's account.

Not only am I dissatisfied with the service he provided, I was also insulted by his immature and unprofessional way of handling this problem. Instead of facing and admitting to his mistake, he acted much like a child that slams the door to his room.

I will from now on avoid ANY business with him and his company.
