Every time I go in the people are very friendly and helpful. They have given me some important information I maybe would not know otherwise. I have never had a bad experience with them and have lived here for 3 years.

Most of the time, the mail is delivered in a timely manner. However, ALL of the mail that requires a signature or delivery to the door is sent back to the main office for pickup. The delivery person does not come to the door, even though the house is at the same location as the mailbox. This is not convenient, nor is it Post Office policy as I have been told at the main office. I am very displeased with this aspect of the service. This adversely affects me when I get legal documents that need immediate attention and when I get live hatching eggs, and aquarium animals delivered that have a very limited lifespan when held for long periods of time, for instance, over the weekend. I also live quite a long distance from our main office and it is VERY inconvenient to go there to get the mail. Most recently, the tracking indicated my packages were out for delivery. I checked the mailbox 4 or 5 times during the day. After 5pm, the tracking said that a notice had been left. No notice was left. This tells me the delivery person does not care about their job and is either incompetent or lazy, or both. If anyone reading this can do something about this lack of service, please remedy this situation as soon as possible.
