Pro Nails

It's a great pop-in nail salon. Very friendly staff. You might have to wait for a few minutes if you don't have an appointment but that's the convenience of walk in places! Great gel nail color selection too. I'm a city girl at heart and this is a great find out here in the middle of the blue ridge mountains cape!

$50 and the absolute worst nails I have ever had done. I usually go to the place in Spruce Pine to have my nails done and the biggest mistake I have EVER made was coming here. I just wanted to see if I could find another place that did them a little faster, but never again. I will take the extra time over losing the quality. It only took like 20 minutes to have a whole set put on compared to around an hour in Spruce Pine and I know why. I didn't notice it until I got out and started looking at them, but everyone of them is a different length. I have two that barely come over the tips of my fingers and I have one that is so long I am wondering now if it was even cut to start with. I really wish I could post a picture on here. I should have spent more time paying attention to what she was doing, not looking around but this was the last thing I expected to happen and this isn't even all of it. I have nail glue or gel or something hanging under several of my nails that is so thick, I couldn't even cut it with clippers. I literally just had my nails done and already they need to be filled in. The gel does not even come close to reaching my cuticle and maybe that was something that was done on purpose since several of my cuticles are bleeding are my fingers are now so sore that it has taken me almost 40 minutes just to type this. I will wait longer anytime at the place in Spruce Pine before I get desperate enough to ever come back here. ALSO, they charge MORE to do a French manicure which I would think would be less since it uses less nail polish and the polish that was used was only done in one coat and so I can see every streak and even through my nail which I chose a dark color and well they just look like sht.
