If I could I would rate this place a 0... I am so irritated with the level of professionalism I receved from the staff at this place. I booked an appointment two weeks ago for my new puppy to be groomed. The first appointment was canceled and no reason was really given, just an apology so I rescheduled for the next week only to have them call me the day before to cancel again. When I expressed my frustration, I was told that the staff was all independent contractors and that it was no reflection of the business. I exclaimed that was quite the contrary because I happen to be employed as an independent contractor and any reflection of my negligence would be a reflection of the business that I work for. She then stated well she is just the front desk person. I asked her for the owners information she said her name is Nicole and that she would get the owner to contact me. Well a few minutes later, someone who says they were Nicole the owner, reached out to me on facebook messenger. No phone call, which I think was.totally unprofessional, just a facebook message with a bunch of excuses due and having employees not show up for work and sick employees with COVID so forth and so on. While I'm sensitive to issues related to COVID and pray that person gets well, this is still a poor refelction of the business. As I stated over the phone with the front desk staff there should be back up systems and processes in place to handle issues as such. The message went on to offer me to come in next day and let her wash and brush my puppy and then put me on the books again for next week for a haircut. The thing is damaged has already been done here...Not interested in doing FREE or PAID business with this place just as they did not seem to care about creating new business with me.

I am extremely disappointed with my experiences at Woof Watchers. I've taken my senior dog to the facility once before for a grooming. I asked for an appointment to accommodate his leg, and his old age (17 years old). On the phone, I was told that I could wait while he is worked on so he doesn't have to wait a long time, or be placed on the tile floor. When I got there, I was told I couldn't wait, and that his service would take 2-3 hours... This was not what I agreed to. Nonetheless, because he needed a groom, I asked that he be taken care of quickly, and I waited in my car outside the building for him. Magically, he was taken care of quickly, and he looked fine.

My last encounter about 1 week ago was the last straw. Again, as I set up his appointment I explained my dogs old age and leg issues. I then asked if it was possible for someone to work on him exclusively, and I was told the best fit would be to have him worked on at the end of a shift. We agreed on a time (1pm) and date (August 26th). This morning (August 25th), I got a phone call stating that the groomer (Meeka)was not comfortable grooming his due to his age. One day in advance. I already asked for time off of work, and confirmed this appointment one week ago. This, in my opinion, is unacceptable. At the start of my phone call, it should have been made clear that the staff at Woof Watchers is not fit to take care of senior dogs. I would have made sure to never put my dog in the trust of this staff. Not to mention that they had one week to remedy this situation, but instead they chose to wait until the last minute.

Unprofessional. Unacceptable. I would never recommend Woof Watchers.
