Down Home Harley-Davidson

I bought my bike there and the experience was good. The service and parts staff are excellent.



They recently changed sales staff and it got a little predatory. I ended up in a "disagreement" with one of the sales staff and later that day got a message left on my voicemail from the dealership # using the f bomb about a dozen times in a 40 second message. I emailed the management and never received a response. A part order conveniently never came it. I have not walked thought the doors since.



This is a shame as the dealership are basically good people but unfortunately in an activity that is based so very much in comraderie. It turned out more like elementary school. This may seem petty to some but this was a place that I used to ride up to on a Saturday or week night just to drop in. Out of control staff ruined it. It was a longer ride to get to DHHD than my local dealer and I was happy to do it.

Two friends that I ride with often used to both rent from there but stopped renting and have since bought bikes from somewhere else.
