Direct Used Tires

I tried this place once years ago and they didn't put the tires on tight and the bolts feel off when I left. I went a few weeks ago and noticed there were different workers so I was expecting better results. Boy was I in for a surprise!! I went in and the guy was nice and explained I needed one tire. He talked me into a complete set of used tires that we're not the same size as my original tires. They finished in record time and I was impressed. When I got to work an hr later I was shocked to see the back tire completely flat!!! I called them up they didn't even offer to send anyone out or help me get the car to them. I was able to get from Mebane to burlington with a friends help and air. I get there they take the tire off and find the reason it was flat was they forgot to tighten the air stem!! I then had to ask them to check the rest of the tires and another one had a slow leak. On my way back to work I noticed a bad shake my boyfriend took it back the next day and they hadn't balanced the tires!!! After they did that it still had a shake but not as bad. Then I went to the dealership and they checked the tires when they changed the oil and told me the front tires tread was so low I would have to get them chanced in a few months!! After that I had to invest in two new tires in the front. Then 2 days ago I got my back breaks changed. The man that changed them told me that the bolts were so lose his 110 lb wife could have taken them off no problem. I will never ever entrust my car and the safety of the people that ride in it to such a horrible careless business again.
