My wife and I recently moved to the Burlington area from 300 mi. away. Elizabeth and Gene were fantastic managers. The facility was always clean, easily accessible, efficiently run, and the cameras and lock system they used kept our two units safe for months as we awaited the closing on our house. In short, this business is a "10" out of 10. All of the staff is extremely helpful. As we encounter others moving to the area, we will not hesitate to recommend America's Self Storage to them! Talk about service! This is the place. Besides being the friendliest couple to do business with, they offered me the use of their truck for FREE. I was also able to purchase all my packing supplies there. When I got back to the storage center to move my belongings into the unit, there were dollies there to help me carry the heavy furniture into the stall. It was all so easy. And continues to be. I pay my monthly bill online! They've got totally together.
