I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle from Bonanza Motors! I bought a RAM 3500 Cummins Diesel. During the purchase I ordered new tires which would arrive a few days later. A week later I went back for service and the install of my new tires. My salesman Robert Blettenberg made sure I had a vehicle to drive while the truck was being worked on. Due to events beyond their control the wrong tires were sent. This mistake was realized and corrected immediately, due to this I had to leave my truck overnight; at this time I was given a brand new GMC 2500 HD to drive back home to Pocatello. A day later THEY brought my truck back to me. When I received my truck it was detailed clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall I must say I am hard to please but, Robert Blettenberg, Chick Cameron, and the service crew at Bonanza motors really exceeded my expectations. I would buy another vehicle from them, and will be making the 80 mile drive just so they can work on my truck if need be. I know I will be treated right and won’t be jerked around like with some other dealers! Thank you all for being stand up guys…. and gals!

Great team to work with. Chick Cameron was the one working with me to get everything squared away. He seemed to really care about getting me the best deal and serving me as the customer. He was very knowledgeable about the Dodge models and helped me find the best fit for me! Robert Blettenberg was also a helping hand in the matter. Very friendly and personable guy. Bonanza Motors was an experience. I had two saleman who helped me with my purchase of a fine 2015 Chystler 200. Robert Blettenberg and Mike Ricondo. I walked in with a difficult situation of oweing a bit more than what my vehicle was worth and a credit score that isn't to bad, but not amazing. We signed and tossed forms around until we achieved everything that I wanted. I got top dollar on my trade in, acceptable intrest rate, and a payment that suits by budget. Not to speak of the amazing warranty, service plan, and glass coverage. It took a bit of time, but I walked away a happy lady. The team of appox 6 staied until about 8:00p.m. and when I drove off I had a full tank of fuel, washed vehicle, and a down and dirty lesson on all my new gadgets.. Thanks Guys You Were Awesome. See you for my next free oil change and in 100, 000 for a new vehicle. : }

Robert by far is the best to work with at Bonanza Mozors. He found us a vehicle within in our price range and exactly what we wanted in a very short time. This is our sacond vehicle in less than a year and we are very happy with it.
