Pro-Nail

This business should be CLOSED! My 13 year old daughter went there 2 days ago for a polish and it was an absolutely horrid experience! First, they talked her into a manicure she didn't need. During this manicure, her cuticles were butchered and are still showing swelling a visible damage 2 days later. The technician, and I use that term loosely, sprayed alcohol on the bleeding cuticles which was extremely painful to say the LEAST. Next, she painted my daughter's nails with the gel polish she asked for. However, it seriously looks like it was done by a 5 year old! It is probably 1/4 in thick, slopped onto the skin and peeling because of that, chipping and so gooey looking it actually looks like dull rubber. When I looked at it closer today and found out she paid $30, I was outraged. I went to the "salon" to get her money back. I asked for the manager and she identified herself while also talking on a phone. I expected she would hang up when I began telling her the problem, but she did not do so. After maybe a minute into the conversation, she finally told the caller she would call them back with obvious annoyance in her voice. She then listened and looked at the problem nails and told me she would "fix" them. I told her this was not a fix as the entire job was a complete mess and I wanted my daughter's money back. She immediately got even more rude and informed me that she was NOT giving me my money back and that she could only fix them. I then asked for the owner who she told me is on vacation. We continued to argue and I told her that I most definitely WOULD get the money back even if it took a lawsuit. Words cannot begin to describe how rude and disrespectful she was. I intend to write an immediate demand letter to the owner and file a complaint with the BBB, for starters. Why should anyone be allowed to treat a child this way and continue to operate a "business" so incompetently? UNBELIEVABLE! Do yourself a favor and choose ANY other salon!!

I went with my best friend to get my nails done and two days later it looks like they have been on for a week and a half the owner was rude and yelling at me when I asked her to fix them she said they don't need to be fix I'm pissed I don't recommend for this place at all
