please....I need your help. The ATV 125 will not run. Today is our Christmas with our grandson and I've been calling for two weeks....no one will call me back or even replace the bike. Now I have to give my grandson a bike that won't run and it has started a big argument with my husband, I have a warranty....please help me. This has been the worst Christmas ever. The paint is all scratched up...the foot rest broke off....and it won't run. For 700.00 I thought you would be right on this.....getting me a bike that runs for my grandson. Now we have to postpone Christmas ANOTHER WEEK..SO YOU WILL ANSWER YOUR PHONE AND GET OUR RUNNING BIKE TO US. Please stand by your product. My sister wants to buy two....I told her to hold off until you get this settled. I hope you are as professional as I thought you were. Please answer my numerous phone calls....and we will place our next order...if not...we are sending the bike back. We have the warranty. Merry Christmas to you...hope yours was better than mine. I bought an SSR 125cc dirt bike and it has been better than some of my japanese dirtbikes. Killer was easy to work with and they answered all of my questions. Quick turn around.

I do not recommend them either.

The merchandise comes from a manufacturer, they just put a price tag on it, so they aren't exactly accountable for poor quality there. The part that the suck at is the customer service. Worst I've ever had to deal with. Do not buy from them unless you enjoy frustration and have time (a month or so) to badger them to do anything.

Bought a 250cc roketa scooter from them in march, it has been nothing but problems! It came scratched up, and wouldnt start from day 1. We've taken it back multiple times, and it still has the same problem. My husband cant ride it without it shutting off, Its left him stranded, he had to push it home one day, and it weighs 300 pounds, The scooter is brand new, it shouldn't have any issues, but it does. The customer service is very poor, they put you on hold for over 10 minutes, it took 2 days of me calling multiple times to even get to talk to manager about issue. Which he was absolutely no help at all. Said he'll have repair guy look at it...hello ya'll should've done that already. Seems like their there just twiddling their thumbs wasting our time. We asked for a rufund or replacement, but the refuse because the miles..the miles are from taking the scooter up there so many times and bringing it home. Its rediculous that we havewnt had it a month and they are trying to screw us over by selling us a lemon! I do not recommend them at all, I recommend Moxie Scooters, the people there are really nice, and there bikes are worth it
