When your pet is sick or injured, our caring staff is here for you, and for them. Our hospital is equipped to deliver the diagnostics and treatment your pet needs, from blood chemistry analyzers to surgery to x-rays, we have your pet's needs covered. Our experienced veterinarians and nurses are dedicated to caring for your pet as if they were our own.Just like a human trauma center, patients are seen in a first-come, first-served order; but, just like a human ER, more critical patients will be seen sooner, so that proper care can be started.Due to the special needs of a hospital dedicated solely to emergency and critical care, routine health maintenance (such as vaccinations) is not available. These services are provided by your primary care veterinarian.

hey were busy and I waited an hour. I finally called to get my dog back and a refund so I could go somewhere else and magically the vet had already visited my dog and they wanted to do another $495 worth of things to him.

I demanded my dog be released to my custody immediately and they said they had to do paperwork first. after a reasonable amount of time passed I called back and informed them I would call the police if they did not bring my dog outside immediately. it still took too long. my dog was finally brought out to me but it did not stop there, the lady would not release the leash and I had to demand she release my leash and let me leave.

she explained there were critically ill animals inside and they had to be treated first, which I understood and can empathize, however, I don't understand how the vet was able to look at my dog if he was so busy and find it rather convenient that when I asked for a refund and my dog returned so I could go somewhere that is not as busy, the vet took the time, again, after I asked for a refund so I could go somewhere else

Chocolate ingested!!! But with a honest company who will tell you the truth we are watching for symptoms that we may need to bring in sweet Daisy for a visit. But only expecting light irritation and diarrhea.

I have dealt with them numerous times. First class all the way. Dr. Andrews saved my Annie when she bloated. She goes way beyond caring. Recently she helped to ease my little Doxie, Rusty over the Rainbow Bridge. Yes they care, and if anyone says they don't, they don't have a clue. The ease of access to them is awesome. They are not money hungry like many of the others. They are fair in price. Vet's are expensive. I wish I had insurance on my babies.

Overall

Terrible place went in to get a simple emergency procedure and they cared only about getting the 1800 dollars before they even new what was going on with my female. I went to Dr mills at durant animal hospital and saved 1700 dollars. They don't even have the experience or the knowledge to do surgical procedures

Highly recommended. They were very helpful. Dr. Andrews was extremely thorough and patient with my dog, and straight forward with a treatment plan. They communicated with me and were understanding of my situation. The employees are animal lovers who show compassion to your animals the same they would their own. I would take my animals there anytime and recommend them to anyone!

The doctors always gave us all the options of what care to provide my cat, and I get to choose what fits my budget and the health of my cat.
