Physicians Billing Services

This is an incompetent billing service. I can't believe doctors employ the services of this organization to process their bills. Staff don't take pride in their job, they simply transfer phone calls to others who end up hanging up without processing the payment. It took me almost 45 days to get in touch with someone and make a payment....utterly unbelievable. Doctors save your money and employ my 5 year old who can do a better job!!!
