DR Phone Repair

We took our HTC on 24th of February. The owner promised to keep us posted and have the phone ready within a week. He said he had to order the part and when it came in TWO weeks later it was defected. He made the same broken promises and ordered a new screen. Come to realize he was ordering from China to save money and causing extended time in delivery.

We went to his store and we're upset about the lack of communication, broken promises, and demanded a refund. Every time we brought a valid reasoning he made an excuse and tried to blame us! He finally agreedecided to refund but he was to keep a portion of the money. We can to a compromise but we will never go back. He repair shop across Walmart in Bridgeview has outstanding communication and delivers as promised.
