Providencia Motel

My wife and I were planning to visit relatives and friends in Burbank and stay there for a couple of weeks. Searching the internet we decided on the Providencia Motel because of its location and the reasonable weekly rates offered. Bad choice! If you made your reservation on line, upon arrival you'll be shocked by the difference of what they show on their web site and what the place really looks like. Just a dirty, old dump! Next we discovered that the rates quoted on line were not honored and the place was not a good deal at all. But what really set us running away was when the lady informed us that they only provide one clean towel per week. Without unpacking, we demanded a full refund since they had charged us for the total amount on check in. It was a very unpleasant experience and we intend to report the incident to California health authorities.
