Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

My Mother's Day meal was 2 hours late, They sent green beans (I am allergic) instead of Broccoli that I ordered, they also did not send any butter or honey with the biscuits. My desert of 6 pieces of coke cake was missing. The first person I talked to when I called was rude and hung up on me. I called again and Laurie was much nicer but not much more helpful. So all I & my children had for Mother's Day Dinner was dry biscuits and coleslaw to go with our chicken which was nicely moist and warm. My children were so disappointed. I am sure God will forgive them right away however it may take me a couple of days to cool off. Laurie finished arrangements for a raincheck. Such poor planning for a week's notice to plan for appropriate staffing. Fresh ink in the cash register /order log would probably have helped the staff make the order up correctly. It is very difficult to get things correct if one cannot read or even see the order instructions. I will post a review of the raincheck replacement order.

The food, the store, the restaraunt, the service, the employees...All 5 STARS!

This Restaraunt is so clean and so are the bathrooms! The smiles are all genuine as well as the conversations with the staff. My husband and I have a vacation home in Buckeye since 2004. We travel to Arizona at least once per month and we stay 3 to 7 days. I had never heard of Cracker Barrel but my husband had in Texas about a year ago. He told me how great his experience was at Cracker Barrel in Texas and how the food taste like homemade but I didn't believe him. But now...OH MY GOODNESS!!! We eat at Cracker Barrel 3 times per visit. We love this restaraunt! Every time

we go, my husbands teases me and says "I tried to tell you."



We wish there was a Cracker Barrel in California!
