Jason McConnell, I'm disappointed in your actions. This is a small family owned company, with a handful of employees, and so there is no insurance or benefits offered at this time. But because they are a small family owned company the benefits were that they treated you like family and tried to have you home every weekend so you could see your kids preform in marching band and attend football games. When your truck needed work, and you were in another state, they got you a rental car and reimbursed expenses instead of just keeping you in a hotel there just so you could be home to see your kids. I don't know a lot of companies that would have done that for you. When you were down and out they helped with finding you housing and gave you a job. They treated you like family and put up with your childish behaviors longer than any other company would have. As for being OTR, a real trucker knows what all goes into that. It's more then hopping in and driving, which was all you were willing to do. You knew what you signed on for, being you had been employed previously with them. Professionalism has to go both ways.
