Very nice and helpful. Great staff that are willing to explain things. We will definitely continue to use them.

The veterinarians at this facility are fantastic, but their business office manager and employees are extremely rude and very unprofessional. They will tell you one thing and do the exact opposite. When you attempt to hold them to their word you will be called a liar. In my experience as an office employee this is considered beyond poor customer service. Office employees at any business are generally the face of that business and any impressions you make on new or existing customers can determine if you retain customers or are referred new ones. These office employees are doing their bosses a disservice with their poor attitudes and unprofessional behavior. I won't go back and I have seven cats and one dog where at least one or more requires medical attention for one thing or another on a pretty regular basis. I have even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I wasn't the first one to do so. So buyer beware!!!
