Found my "mid-life crisis" vehicle here! I had been looking religiously for 7 months until it showed up with around 70k miles. Not bad at all for a 2005 Ford Excursion Limited 4x4. Great condition and great people to work with. "Famous Amos" Cruz was an exceptional associate that answered all my questions and continual uploading of photos, etc. Driving 11 hours from Massachusetts to Ohio required a lot of trust, and confidence;especially having to fight Storm Jonas the whole way there n back, was alone crazy. After arriving I found that they had the vehicle prepped and ready, so I could get back on the road to Massachusetts as quickly as possible. I did have a couple of concerns, but due to the lack of time, it being a Sat AND the shop being closed...I took Mr. Ray Kemmers word on how we could handle the situation the most effectively in the limited time we had. Mr. Kemmer was easy to talk to, down to earth and made me feel comfortable in my decision purchasing process. Just a genuinely nice man. We are currently in the process of getting everything up to snuff and I have NO doubt that he is a man of his word and that this dealership is AMAZING!! Albeit, many say I'm crazy to have driven that far, in Storm Jonas to buy a vehicle based on pics, word of mouth and just plain old fashioned trust...I would totally do it again with these gentlemen without fail! Especially since it was perfectly priced and was beating others nationwide. The added Carfax info was a bonus. To add icing on the cake, was having the pleasure dealing with Sean in finance. He was to the point, listened and didnt try to hard sell me. It was a great overall experience, one that I would recommend to all and a dealership worth travelling too!

I live in NYC and finally saw a car, after months of looking, that I wanted with an excellent price. Liberty Ford - Brunswick Ohio. The were approx 30 pictures that were very clear and I was able to view the entire car. Car looked great and had great options. Called the dealer and spoke with Rick G., sales person. He was very nice to deal with and provided me with his cell number. Called him at different times including after work hours and he picked up and responded to all my questions. And when I left voice mails, he responded very quickly. After a few days, I called Rick after business hours, and made an offer on the 2011 Mustang. He called his manager at home and got back to me and said his manager approved my offer. The offer was accepted but I could back out of it if I did not like what I saw. Again, my offer was based on picturs and Rick's responses. I booked Amtrak for the 11.5 hour ride and Rick picked me up. Everything went very well,and the car was even better than the pictures showed. It also had a couple of more options than what was advertised. Drove the car back home, approx 460 miles, and what a great car. The price was that good that I took the chance and it paid off. I recommend Liberty Ford in Brunswick Ohio.

My daughter needed a good used car. I found one online through Cars.com at Liberty Ford in Brunswick. We called about it and went to drive it. It had a couple things that needed attention. The salesman, Don Muntean, said all would be made right if we wanted the car. He did exactly as he said, and the car was brought up to very good condition. It needed an A/C compressor, and a couple other things. They put in the new compressor, rotors and a muffler. The price was right and didn't change from what we negotiated even though they put over $1000 into the car. We looked it over and drove it before buying it. The car runs great. My daughter loves it. I would recommend Liberty Ford in Brunswick to anyone.

I had been researching & searching for the "right"vehicle for almost a year. They had just reduced the 2008 mercury mariner that day & I went there drove it & Phil Klatka was so friendly & negotiated so well that I left there with it! They even gave us more for our trade. I'm thankful how it worked out! The banks were closed & they said "here's the keys drive it tonight &tomorrow &see how you like it." I loved it, bought it, &still love it almost a year later! They also were so great to my little girl, getting her popcorn &drinks keeping her happy during the process. Definitely would recommend them &they even call to check on my vehicle! Great place.

Went in looking to lease a Fusion Hybrid. After test driving the car, which is a great car by the way, I was presented with options. Leasing a hybrid didn't make sense for my situation, so the dealer suggested getting a regular Fusion model. The Fusion SE was not only suitable to my needs, but also a better lease deal.
