Marianne Manor Apartments

Love my apartment and the staff has been great. Marge is helpful anytime I call or stop in office to pay my rent. Any time I've had a maintenance issue, the repair guy comes out same day or next day. When my a/c quit working on a Saturday they even sent someone to fix same day! Pool is clean and I really enjoyed using it on my days off this summer... I only wish they had kept it open a few extra days past Labor Day when it was so hot out...

I have lived here for ten months now, I never made any problems, paid rent on time, love the apartment and location. First of all if you do move in don't make any suggestions on how it seems strange that a carport takes 4 days to paint ( not rebuild, not repair, just paint) they will get extremely defensive and even degrade you when you have suggestions. I have had things stolen from out of my vehicle and nothing was done. I was sitting there about to talk to an office staff about something general, and they had the nerve to disrespect another tenant after they had just left, about how he couldn't make rent by 10 dollars (mind you we passed that person in the driveway). It is a great price to pay for such a nice place but when I take all of everything into consideration I don't think I will be resigning my lease.
