Elite Eyewear

If you go to Elite Eyeware see Jennifer NOT Michelle McFalls. I have had contact with both Jennifer and Michelle in the last month. My reason for the conclusion:

1. Michelle's customer service skills need work. Michelle's tone gives the appearance that she does not want to be there let a lone wait on you. Jennifer makes you feel you are the only one there and loves her job.

2. Michelle does not listen, except to herself. Using my own experience and observing those of other customers in the office while I was waiting, I discovered Michelle explains something to you and she really does not want to be questioned. If you have the nerve to ask her a question she snaps back. It interferes with her taking your money and getting you out the door. Again Jennifer listens and if she does not know something she finds out...THEN she responds. I have been in customer service for 30 years and she is the ideal.

There are plenty of places who will be happy to take my hundreds of dollars. But for the fact that Jennifer is working at Elite Eyeware I would not return. I would get my prescription form from Dr. Rahmani and go elsewhere.
