Great Wall Restaurant

I have ordered from them twice for delivery. First time sweet and sour chicken was so fried it melted through the foam container and when you bit into it the only thing you got was fries dough. The second time we ordered it took an hour and 45 minutes (we live 5 mins away) and after the girl yelling with her boss while I was on the phone they said it s coming well it came finally and they told me they would refund my credit card. 3 days later no refund so I called back and they said they never said that and I misunderstood them. Decent only if you dine in otherwise they are horrible!
