I've had several bad experiences at this store UNLESS I'm buying a new product. Ill-mannered, young, hipster helpers are consistently rude and condescending. They lack depth of knowledge and communication skills to effectively explain problems we were having with an iphone. I will drive far out of my way to avoid this store.

First, this nightmare has been dragging on for approximately six months. I went into get my phone fixed,as I was sitting there, the guy helping me talk to me into buying a hard drive into transfer all my information over to my computer would like new. From there they wiped my entire computer out! as I was sitting there, the guy helping me talk to me into buying a hard drive into transfer all my information over to my computer would like new. From there they wiped my entire computer out! They they would absolutely take zero responsibility for it. So of course I'm still stuck with the $90 hard drive that they had no business selling me. I have spent approximately eight or nine hours of my time trying to fix what they have destroyed.. One would think they could get the hint that they don't have high scores and improve themselves
Yesterday,I had to go in to re-purchase a computer that they broke on me… So from yesterday to today at one up another $50-
Get some integrity Apple

I've been loyal to apple since the floppy disc era I've NEVER encountered such poor customer service the purchase of my new MacBook Pro. My 6 computer purchases included a data transfer-a courtesy for plunking down $$$$$$$$s. This recent purchase I was told I would have to leave my computer for two days and pay $100 for a one-2one year service which would include the data transfer. I explained that I wasn't sure when I could be without my computer for 2 days as my freelance work demands are constant. I was assured me as long as I came in within a year to activate the one2one membership, there was no urgency. I returned a few months later only to be told they discontinued the one2one plan and wouldn't simply refund my $100 or offer me $100 gift card or store credit. MARY, the store manager said she'd need to talk with someone higher up and would call me. I've checked back 3x and am still getting the run-around and no returned call. RIP OFF!

Overall
Absolutely terrible experience

The "genius" bar at this store is anything but genius. They are very rude and lack any empathy, clarity, or rapport. They are incapable of being anything more than robotic disclosure readers and provide no services one cannot quickly google and do theirself. I didn't realize that after setting an appointment with them I would hear it would cost so much to fix a track pad in a laptop and I would have to also send it out. What was the point of scheduling an appointment with a "genius" if they aren't smart enough to fix it in store. After hearing the insane prices (after having not seen the value in the expensive laptop to begin with) I opted to just forget the remaining warranty period on my laptop and repair it myself. Why would I pay an additional $400 to retain 2 months worth of warranty? Terrible customer service and rude employees and I never did get my original question truly answered. Apple seriously should be careful calling these employees geniuses when it is apparent they are anything but. Definitely turned me away from Apple products. I will shop elsewhere from now on.

Overall
The worst ever.

This is the worst Apple Store in the area, avoid it if you can. You are better off ordering online. You will have your item in hand sooner than going into the store. Zero help the got lied to, really didn't appreciate that.
