        Overall

        Spoke with Health Care Solutions yesterday and they gave me an appt for today. Told me they would arrive sometime after 11:00. Waited 5 hours. Now 4 pm so I called their office. They have no record of anyone coming out today. They took 10 minutes just to find my information.
