I would like to thank my salesman Stephen Moran for being a pleasure to work with from the minute I walked in the door last Friday afternoon. I was dreading the car buying process as it’s always been such a hassle in the past. Stephen had a friendly smile when I walked in and managed to just make me feel at ease. He listened to what I wanted upfront and came back with options that fit my requests. He was never overly pushy and at no point did I feel like he was trying to force me into a vehicle (which has been my experience in the past). Overall, a three and a half hour experience seemed like only 20 mins and I was very grateful. Thanks again Stephen, I’ll definitely be recommending anyone looking for a new vehicle to go see you.

I have been a frequent visitor to this service dept recently due to owning two CDJR vehicles. Todd Pastva, the service manager, recognized me when I came in and immediately checked me in and made sure that I was able to get service quickly. He called me a couple hours later when the vehicle was ready to let me know that I could up the vehicle. Todd is very professional and customer service oriented and willing to help out his customers.

The day I stopped at Spitzer, was the second dealership I was at that day. I was greeted by Zachary Phelps, at the door. I felt no pressure from him at any time during our visit. I told him what would best suit my needs, and price range. He found a few sedans on the lot, and brought them for me to look at, and drive. I came back with my son in 2 days, luckily the vehicle of my choice was still there, not anymore it found a new address! The previous dealership was high pressure, wanted me to leave with a car that day, and I felt any car. Thank you Zach, and fellow employees.
