Sarah is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor (CIYT) and has been teaching yoga since 1995. She earned her B.A. from University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she started her journey in the practice of yoga almost 30 years ago. She got her start teaching at Methodist Hospital in Park Slope where she worked in their Yoga and Art Therapy program for 2 years. Her yoga expertise informs and enhances her ability to help physical therapy patients gain the strength, balance, flexibility, and awareness that are central to lifelong activity and well-being, beyond recovering from injury.
