Tian Fu United Methodist Church

Sorry, no comment for Tian Fu. This used to be the Fourth Ave Methodist church in the 1950's. I went there in the 1950's/60's. Printed the monthly newsletter "sunshine news" on mimeograph, taught sunday school, sang (sung??) in the choir and shoveled snow in winter months so parishioners could attend services. It had a big beautiful canturary with wonderful pipe organ. I knew every inch of that church, still have a skeleton key for the bell tower door.
That neighborhood was 90% hispanic below 4th ave
