Not overpriced as other places, nice people to have deal with . The Vadim( the owner) , gives you adequate picture how the monument will look and when is is possible to install , according to the weather conditions . P.s : of course you want it as fast as it is possible but do not forget that if the F is below 40 the cemetary simply will not put the ground on the grave ( and that is not Lisovetsky fault) if you order monument during spring time your monument will be ready within next 2- 3 weeks ))

On September 2015 I ordered a monument for my moms grave. The only little think I could do to say thank you for being the best mom. I contacted the company named Lisovetski Stone Tributes (Owner Vadim Tsipenyuk). We signed contract and I paid full $2650 for the monument. Monument was promised to be on place by Jan 6. After 3 month of talking nothing was done, I was advised to pay extra $300 as he explained that he doesn’t care about a contract and that design I want im not able to use as portrait is 4 inches bigger than he planned to do, Of course in contract it says I can use any design any size and any style I want. He also stated that he needs another 3 month to deliver order. Moreover he was extremely rude and unprofessional. Please beware! I think there are some things that you cant make fun of and cant be unsatisfactory to the customers, especially when its about their loss. I contacted another company and they was able to deliver my order in 2 weeks! Amazing! 2 weeks and the monument was in place! Even with lower price ($2400)!

Again im not the kind of person who ill write bad stuff even when someone is trying to rob me out of my hard earned money, but this type of experience puts shivers on my spine every time Im thinking about it. So here is my experience with Lisovetsky Stone Tribute and Vadim Tsipenyuk.



At the end I contacted my CC and cancelled transaction as he refused to give refund too.

Lisovetsky Stone Tribute - Total waste of time and your nerves.

I also checked with BBB they have done this before many times. BEWARE!!!
