In a world controlled by images and the media I am so relieved to have found Ella. I have been working with Ella since the summer of 2012, almost a year. And let me tell you my life at this very moment is exactly what I wanted my life to be like when I was stuck, depressed, and ridden with anxiety exactly one year ago.
