Plaza Honda

I had a great experience when purchasing my car at the dealer. The salesman (John Morgan) and finance manager (Jose Valerio) were extremely helpful and friendly. I went in there very skeptical about buying a new car from a dealership, but came out really happy. Everything was smooth and quick, no non-sense or pressure to buy, which I loved. They made me feel extremely comfortable and made me feel as if I was actually being helped to get what I WANT and NOT what THEY WANT, as many times I have heard the case is. I would definitely refer any friends that express an interest to buy a vehicle to Plaza Honda, but more specifically to the individuals who helped me get what I wanted, they were unbelievably wonderful to deal with.

I have had Honda trucks for the last six years. Trading them every couple of years always getting good deals from plaza auto. I have had the same salesman Steve S. he makes it work my budget all the time. I now have the 2011 Honda Pilot totally love it thinking of maybe paying this one off and keping it , unless they come up with a Honda truck converitable the that could be another trade off.

The service pretended to be nice when I leased a new Honda lc-r but my dealer tried to cheat me g iving out 2wd model instead of 4wd. Be attentive, check the window sticker before accepting the car. Do not expect to get your check by mail if you trade in. My check was in the dealership without any motion up to time when I came in person to pick it up, it took 12 days. My dealer's name is Dmitriy Koreyev.

The service provided was great. If I am ever in the market for another car or a new car I would shop there again. The sales staff was very nice and helpful. Overall they provided a great first time car buying experience.

Due to a fuel pump failure on our 2003 Honda Accord, my husband and I were almost stranded in Brooklyn with our children. This was about six months ago. After calling several mechanics and service departments at dealerships, my husband was very discouraged by the help he received on the phone. We decided to go to Plaza Honda. When we came to Plaza Honda, the service manager took our car in immediately. We could not have asked for a more customer friendly environment. The prompt service was amazing! Our car was towed into Plaza Honda in the morning, and our vehicle was ready for pick up that afternoon. Just in time for us to leave town. My only regret is that I was unable to recall the service manager's name to personally thank him in this note. We would definitely recommend Plaza Honda for their impeccable service, courteous staff, and easy payment option with their Auto Mall credit card. They were a lifesaver.
