I believe and know that some of there drive are BIAS towards people who are non-mexicans and dont like to travel to other districts in brooklyn . I plan on filing a TLC complaint about the driver disrespectful behavior in front of a 10yrs old and the route to my location .When ask for a receipt like alway he stated I dont have one .

worst car service ever refused to take me with my service animal IN THE CARRIER driver left me at the curb they will b hearing from my lawyer for violating the American with Disabilities Act I WISH I COULD HAVE GAVE THEM ZERO STARS

Horrible communication waited an hour for the cab never showed and then when I called back to find out where they were they hung up on me!!!!!! Don't call this company the worst service call continental or Arecibo!!!

It was good before...but unfortunatly get worse and worse. Night time drivers are dangerous. Aggressive illegal drivers without taxi licenses and poor english skills.



Stay away from mexicana. If you want safe trip just arrange elsewhere.
