Very very unprofessional Went for a consultation and blood work They were supposed to call with the results in 2 days Of cot no follow up call I called the office & days straight and finally got a live person in the phone Then when I inquired as to the complete lack of communication I got an attitude from the doctor as if how dare I question her. I would never ever deal with these people again .They should go back to where they came from.

Ladies!don't go there!they are making money on you. I got my eye swollen after one procedure . And they didn't do nothing about it !!!!!I paid 1300$ for swollen eye on Christmas party. "Thank you guys "

My experience at Dr. Khom’s office has been great! The support staff members are very

knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Khom is compassionate, gentle and very skilled surgeon. The office staff called to follow up after the surgery to make sure I need anything. I am very pleased with Khrom Dermatology office and the treatment I received. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

Her medical staff and physician assistants provide the utmost service that makes me less nervous of the procedures I am to undergo. Certainly a professionally setup practice! It makes me angry to see a false review such as left by Irina L. about such a professional and clean practice. I myself have been in the medical field for the past five (5) years and I have yet interact with such a professional doctor and medical staff of Dr. Khrom.

Not to sound overly dramatic or speak in hyperbole, but Doctor Khrom really changed my life in such a positive way. For a long time I was battling hand warts. Anyone who has ever had this terrible virus (HPV) knows how frustrating it can be. Partially, much of the outbreak was my fault because I ignored it for several years thinking it would just go away. However, the warts spread all over my hands (palms and fingers). I started noticing them appear in 2010 and left them untouched until 2012.



Finally, I decided that I needed to man up and take care of this issue, mainly because they were really starting to be VERY noticeable in public. They were no longer small enough so that during social interaction people wouldn't notice them.



In February of 2012, I finally began treatment at another office (not Dr. Khrom). I continued the therapy until July, not missing a single appointment, EVERY TWO WEEKS. To be honest, there was little progress, not what you would expect after so many visits and so much unpleasant therapy (liquid nitrogen, aka freezing, aka cryotherapy). Furthermore, that office was basically unable to defeat the so called "mother wart" which was on my palm, from where all the other warts were coming from. That office only tried one method to cure it, as I mentioned above, cryo. After six months, I was becoming really frustrated and depressed that the warts would never go away. In addition, little ones continued to appear. Finally, I just got tired of going to that office and took a break from the therapy for about two months.



A relative of mine recommend I got see Doctor Khrom. My first appointment with her was in September 2012. I KID YOU NOT, by the end of December, she was able to clean my hands, (killing that SUPER stubborn mother wart in the process). Unlike the previous office, Doctor Khrom right away tried to tackle the warts using SEVERAL different methods (candida injections, cantheradin (cantherone), and cryo as well). And I only had to visit her once a month. So basically, in about 4 sessions, she CURED ME!!!! When that final "mother wart" finally died and fell off, I could not believe it. Honestly, just such relief and such happiness. Even right now as I look at my hands, I am still in such disbelief that they are clean as they once were. Everyone who knew how much I struggle with this is so happy for me. My family, my friends, and especially Doctor Khrom. She was so happy that see me happy. THANK GOD I FOUND HER!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are patients of Dr. Khrom for many years. We have problems with skin and Dr. Khrom always pays a lot of attention to our problems. Dr. Khrom is very professional, kind, polite. She patiently answers all our questions and performs procedures and surgeries perfectly. After a short while there were no traces of scars.

Her assistants are professional and kind as well. They are always nice and helpful. Yes, sometimes we have to wait maybe too long to see Dr. Khrom, but it proofs, that she is a great Doctor, who has a lot of patients. Better to wait and get highly professional service. We are so thankful to have such a good dermatologist. We would recommend Dr. Khrom to everyone who has skin problems.

Dr. Khrom is Amazing! I had an emergency: a very painful cyst that was hurting so bad I was not able to sleep at night. Also, because the cyst was on my neck, I was really embarrassed to go out, go to work, or do just about anything. Dr. Khrom and her staff were very kind, friendly, professional, and fast. Dr Khrom knew exactly what to do and she didn’t waste anytime helping me. I am so thankful to have found such a good dermatologist in NYC.

You will not find better doctor and a more caring staff anywhere in the city. Trust me; I have seen them all! I strongly recommend Khrom Dermatology!!!

Over the years I've seen multiple dermatologists in the NYC area and I can tell you from experience that you will not find a higher level of service or expertise anywhere else. The staff and doctors here are the best!
