Unprofessional behavior. Having called Dr. Kofman's office about an unrelated matter a few days prior to a scheduled appointment, we learned that our appointment would need to be moved as Dr. Kofman was going on vacation. While we understand that schedules can change, we were dismayed that no-one had taken the initiative of communicating this to us. We simply found out by chance when we called in. Time to look for a pediatric practice that values clients time and effort a little more.
